We have done 3 transaction with Emily, the most recent 2/2020. After the 1st transaction I was convinced that she is Wonder Woman. She is excellent in her knowledge of Real Estate, a business of which many just skate through. She takes the time to know her client, their interests and needs. She is well versed in the process and what it takes for the transaction to go smoothly. Emily stays on the timeline and is in communication with the broker on the other side of the transaction to keep them accountable for the same. She is continually marketing and networking to get your property out there. I've learned so much from her, now my standards are above average. She definitely set the bar. We would work with Emily a million times over, she is the BEST!

Emily assessed the value of my property, siting the facts and walking through the property thoroughly. My house was worth a lot more than I thought, given the volatility of recent years. She proceeded to get me the best possible offer and see me through the entire process of staging, selling, packing, closing, and leaving town for a new location across the country. Even in the new location, she had contacts and continued to help past closing. I’ve done a number of real estate deals in my life and had never seen such quality throughout — and, in the main, I have dealt with realtors who provide value. Even in that context, her excellence stands out, that her tireless advocacy, assistance with staging and moving resource where my own list failed. The deal she secured and her tireless advocacy will translate to real ease in my next phase and means a lot.

Emily is an exceptional realtor. She worked with me on a condo purchase and a home purchase in Santa Fe. There is not another realtor in Santa Fe that I would use. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her 100%.

Emily was awesome, she did so much more than regular realtors, she goes way beyond them. I had Williams relator who wasted three months of my time, one open house and said they would not help cause I had the house too high. I fired them and hired Emily, she sold it within two weeks with my price, and she still had an opened house in case this buyer fell through but they didn’t. I will always recommend Emily and will always use her.
